MY NAME IS LAUREN BLOCH
I've been an avid needlepointer and canvas painter for over 10 years. I always had a knack for creativity -- whether sewing my own purses, designing mosaic bird baths, or taking up needle arts. Now, I found my passion in the beauty of needlepoint and painting canvases for stitchers like you!

I minored in studio art at the College of William & Mary, and it has been a delight to put my art skills to use daily. After beginning my needlepoint venture while working at a nearby needlepoint store in Pittsburgh, PA, I had the opportunity to turn my painting passion into a small business. I'm so excited to share my hand painted designs and custom art with you!

Did you wonder about the logo on my canvases? For years, our family of four --- including my husband, Evan, and college-aged children, Taylor & Kyle --- have humorously referred to ourselves as "Bloch Heads," based off of our last name which is pronounced "block." As I was deciding on a canvas signature to put next to my "LB" initials, a smiling "Bloch Head" came to mind. I believe smiles are contagious, and I hope my canvases bring a smile to your face and warmth to your heart.
